I’m Ashley, your resident *future* public relations maven. Currently, I am a student at the University of Oregon. As I enter my senior year I look fondly back on the time I have spent as a student and realize how fast it has all gone. And boy is it gone.
I am entering an extremely new point in my life as I begin a communications internship with a major retail company and as I work as an Account Executive at an on-campus public relations firm. With this blog, I hope to give advice and tell stories, all drawing from my mistakes and my successes during this time of change.
I know how difficult it is to become an adult and realize all of the new responsibilities that come with it. So, I want to make it easier for others going through the same thing. Consider me a guinea pig of sorts. I will be going out into the professional world while still being a student, and I will report back here and let you know how it goes. Practically a pro 
Ashley, your blog is amazing. It is very tactful and I like the layout to go with that very organized and useful theme. I feel like I am going to a professional website for PR advice for sure. I think that it is very purposefully written. The only suggestion I would have is maybe add a few more narrative tidbits about your experience entering the PR world. Although, I can see that each post kinda shows your journey with how much you learned.
